* Sanatra Inn is NOT an Ocean Front Motel.

*Front raw our residential houses. We are on the 2nd row from the Ocean.

* Do Not Assume that balconies have total Ocean Views.

* Several times we have noticed many guests stayed comfortably at night but at the time of check out complaining of dirty linen, uncomfortable bed, smell or not getting cold hot water. All these compliants must be drawn to us immediately while you stay at the motel so  that we take action right away to make your stay cozy and comfortable. At the time of check-out it does not help guests and us. We inspect 3 times b4 the guests occupy the room.

* Suggestions are most welcome but once the room is consumed and guest complaints at the check out time after staying whole night no refund exist.  

* We are always there to help, solve your problems related to your complaints. Call at the office 24/7 by dialing 112 from your room or ring the buzzer at the front office.

* Periodically rooms are pesticide by professional company. We have landscape at the lobby and plants - an open area where bugs and small insects might fly and drag by ocean wind. We keep on cleaning this area time to time.

* Ocean smells and it has its unique fishery smell. Also, Ocean winds carry sands and our balconies constantly face this problems. We try to clean sands often and request our guests keep the patio door close when there is hard ocean winds.

Sanatra Inn has taken a new forward step of going green. Toilet in all  rooms have been replaced by a new one which save water in huge amount
